- TFTaylor FrazierApr 2, 20261.0I understand that this location closes at 11pm, the time now is 10:08. I came in at 10:03 to get a bowl with white rice. I was told there was only brown rice. I decided to just get a protein bowl and chips. I pay for my food and turn around and there is white rice being served to the people behind me. If they knew they were in the process of making rice why not just say do you mind waiting. So I went back to the register to ask why they didn’t tell me rice was being made and the girl said she could just charge me for a kids meal if I wanted a bowl now. Nope I already paid and was disappointed. Im staying 5 mins from this location and will not be returning. Skip this chipotle customer service is terrible.

I just ordered online through the mobile app which is easy and efficient, and we picked up our order just for it to be cold. The rice and beans aren’t even room temperature. It tastes like our bowls have been sitting in the fridge.

Thank you. Small portion sizes are routine for this location. They speak Spanish to each other all the time, even when customers are waiting.

The service however was sub-standard. There were a few items I wanted ( steak, fajita vegetables) that at the bottom of the bin. I asked for fresh items & the staff acted like I was asking for a million dollars. She clearly looked & acted like she didn't want to be there. No smiles from anyone behind the counter. No thank you at the register.
