  This is my very first online order and I'm very well pleased. I received a message about when the order is ready. When I arrived it was crowded however I walked out in 5 minutes. ♥️♥️

  The food is pretty good. However, the wait time is annoying. I’ve been here a few times and no matter how far in advance I place my order online, I find myself waiting. I don’t mind being patient, but coming to pick up after the quoted time and I’m still being told to wait 5 minutes and then actually waiting 15+ minutes is crazy. From my observation it shows lack of efficiency and possible processes to be understood by the employees operating in the kitchen.

  Went here for the first time and was immediately turn off by the ambiance. The floor was sticky, one tv was on with a screen saver playing, the other two were turned off, and the windows need serious window washing. It just didn’t feel welcoming and the decor is a bit dated. The staff member at the register was nice but seemed like she just didn’t want to be there. The man in the back (not sure if he was the manager, supervisor, or cook), but he seemed like he had an attitude, like he was just annoyed and over his day. The chicken wasn’t flavorful at all. It was actually bland to be honest. The fries had the most taste to them. The Mac and cheese wasn’t good to me, but my daughter liked it. Would I go back? Probably not. It was worth a try but the staff just didn’t engage at all with customers and didn’t seem to care about how their demeanor may have come off. Had this not been the case, I would’ve gave it another shot. This review is for the Columbia, Owen Brown location.

  I ordered a catfish dinner but the fish I received was not a catfish. I had their catfish before and long for their Catfish, again. This was not it. The candy m's were okay but the collored greens were too bitter. Next time, I'll try southern blues. $30 later and i'm still hungry
