  The service was the worst they had a person training with no help the line in the driver thru was 15 cars or more then on top of that my order was completely wrong. they were nice but the service suck the worst service ever

  Yes a one star I was so disappointed with my order yesterday, the 12ct nuggets were so incredibly tiny and thin! And the Large mac and cheese only a little over half full!, is so sad receiving such poor quality especially for the price paying almost $30 for a sandwich, fries, 12ct nugget, large mac, and a soft drink, I had such good memories going to this exact location 10 years ago and being able to get two (meaty!) sandwiches for under $10, only to go back today and receive crumbs it feels like n comparison

  I entered to order since the drive-through was a mess, approached the counter, and the cashier greeted me, saying, “welcome, what can I get you,” but then she stepped away to talk to a friend before actually listening and taking my order. Perhaps this is where the confusion and mix-ups happened. When she was back and I believed she had my full attention, I clearly ordered a strawberry hibiscus frosted lemonade and a chicken sandwich. I ended up not getting the sandwich when I realized it was breakfast time (biscuit), which was not a problem at all. The issue was my drink being made incorrectly three times because she was prioritizing talking with another co-worker instead of entering my order properly: first, reg strawberry hibiscus lemonade; second, reg frosted lemonade; and finally, my actual order. By then, I was already asking for a refund. They did offer the drink for free, but I didn’t accept it because of my morals and because I was already exhausted from the order being messed up multiple times. I usually love this place, but they really disappointed me today. 👎

  I finished a 12hr shift at my urgent care and came in absolutely starving, Saniah at the register was awesome and got my order correct on the first time and even brought all my stuff out to me at the table!! Y'all are the best ❤️

  This is by far the Chick fil a with the worst execution, especially since all their good team members just got transferred to the new location. I’m always missing items from my order. People’s names are on the items and they still get it wrong. Sorry Patricia, I know your order was wrong, too. We’ll be driving to the new location once it opens instead of walking across the street to this dumpster fire.
