More often than not, you can count on your delivery to arrive at least 20 minutes past the latest estimated time; and calling only gets you some made up excuse--the most recent one was "it's raining." There's never an offer to adjust the price, provide a coupon, or give any sort of goodwill gesture. Just the excuse and an empty promise that the pizza won't be cold. The pizza was cold. Plenty of opportunities to explore other DMV chains in the future.

My daughter’s field hockey team was playing at UMD and we wanted to host a post game dinner/tailgate for the team and parents. I’m so glad I discovered Paisano’s! They were so kind and accommodating from the moment I placed the order up until delivery - I even called them 30 min. before our order was scheduled to be delivered to see if they could come later as the game went into overtime and they accommodated us! We ordered the baked ziti, garlic spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, and garden salad. (They also offer gluten sensitive pasta which was a big plus.) The food was delicious and delivered right on time and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their catering services!
