This location was so clean. Literally spotless from the beverage area to the peanut station. The food was made fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly, attentive and kind.

Disappointed with Service and Unprofessional Behavior I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and never had an issue—until now. I went in on Sunday to buy a large fries, as I often do. This time, the fries were undercooked. I called to let the store know—not to complain, but to suggest they double-check food before serving it. I ended up speaking to the general manager, Judy, who told me she was the one who made the fries. I offered to send pictures, but she said it wasn’t necessary and told me I could stop by for a gift card. That night, I went back to pick up the gift card and offered again to show the fries so they’d understand what happened. Instead, Judy dismissed me and said she didn’t want to “go back and forth,” which made me uncomfortable. I just wanted to be heard respectfully. I returned to use the gift card on Tuesday. One of the staff members (female) who had been there Sunday rang me up. I asked if I could leave the change as a tip in the jar, and she said she couldn’t accept it. I said no problem, I’d save it. Instead of giving the gift card back with the remaining balance, she just kept it without asking, which I found unprofessional. What followed was even worse. She grabbed a male staff member (wearing a black shirt and hat) and brought him to the back, clearly to talk about me. When he returned, I asked if he spoke English, and he said yes. He then says I'm a racist for asking (I'm latina too) I explained the situation, and he rudely told me the gift card only had 8 cents. I told him it was 48 cents—not because of the amount, but the principle—and showed him with a calculator. He refused to accept it and told me if I didn’t like their fries, I should go somewhere else. Then he said he had “heard about me” and that I “like to start trouble.” I was shocked. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened. I told him I know how to do basic math and that his tone was completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, the situation escalated into a heated argument—not because I wanted it to, but because I felt ganged up on and disrespected. The other staff joined in defending each other, and no one tried to de-escalate. As I was leaving, they continued talking negatively toward me, so I responded. Then the male employee called the cops on me as if I was the problem. This entire situation was handled so poorly. It’s sad and frustrating that a simple quality concern turned into something so hostile. I will be contacting corporate and sincerely hope they review the cameras. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
