  The only issue I had was getting in there made no sense! Unless you enter through the main road, you have to come in the back and turn around to get to the drive thru. Also there is a HUGE dip/pothole as you turn near the window to pay. 😐

  I had the worst experience ever in this location this morning. I walked in for a pickup order all the workers looked at me with nasty looks and didn’t even acknowledge I was there for a pick up. When they were finally ready to speak the rude employee who was wearing a black PINK hoodie said “Uber Eats” in a very rude tone as if that was my name. She was so rude and argumentative that I honestly trashed my paid for order. The hostility and unprofessionalism was to hard to bare. My day has honestly been ruined. The staff needs to treat customers with dignity and respect. She was so unpleasant

  Clean brightly-lit store. Efficiently quick and friendly staff. Glad I stopped in and didn’t avoid due to the reviews.

  If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Signature lattes didn’t have anything in them and were medium instead of large like we ordered. My loaded hash browns weren’t so loaded and barely had sauce at all. It was basically just the $1 order of hash browns in a cup that costed $3.59. Donut also tasted so old that I’m surprised they didn’t have dust on them. I expect more of Dunkin. This is absolutely shameful and I wouldn’t have even opened this store. Just go down the street to the 5900 Greenbelt Road store. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

  I made a Mobil order and when I drove over to the location it wasn’t busy, but nothing was ready. My coffee that I paid $9 for, to add 2 extra shots of espresso was literally half full. I could tell the second he handed it to me. The cup was extremely light and it was all foam. The ice was clearly in the middle of the cup. So I waited for the foam to settle while they’re making my food, and then I proceeded to show the guy at the window that my coffee wasn’t right. He told me that was normal, I told him it wasn’t as I order cappuccinos from Dunkin all the time. He basically laughed at me and told me the only thing that he could do is add milk or ice. Obviously, if I paid extra money to have very strong coffee, adding nearly a cup and a half of milk or ice does not solve that. I also ordered a wake up wrap that had a sprinkle of bacon in it, and not even one full piece. As a whole, this was a terrible experience. It was my first time visiting this Dunkin, I know it’s a new location so I thought it would be running smoothly. But I definitely will never be returning and I wish I would’ve gotten the guy‘s name who told me this was a normal $9 cup of coffee. Truly unacceptable PS this is really how much was in the cup when the foam settled I literally didn't drink any
