  I’m a regular at CAVA, and I have to say that E. David Carla consistently makes my experience exceptional. Every time I come in, they greet me with genuine kindness and professionalism that really stands out. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the customers they serve. They’re always attentive, patient, and make sure my order is exactly right. Even during busy times, they stay calm, positive, and efficient while still making customers feel welcomed. As someone who comes in often, it means a lot to be recognized and treated with such great service each time. E. David Carla truly goes above and beyond to create a great experience. Employees like them are a big part of why I keep coming back to CAVA. I hope their hard work and dedication are recognized, they absolutely deserve it!

  HORRIBLE SERVICE. bunch of teenagers working. I went on 03/09/26 at around 10:30pm and the staff working tonight were extremely rude. The big hispanic girl taking my order didn’t even acknowledge me and asking “hi how are you” she straight up said “what do you want.” the hispanic dude with the beard putting my toppings on was also very rude and just tossing food in my bowl and then wrapped my pita with the same gloves he was wearing when using the register and then literally cut my avocado in half and threw it in my bowl without cutting it up. he also didn’t even say goodbye or have a goodnight which is BASIC manners and customer service btw. Management needs to do something about the service because it’s absolutely disgusting and ridiculous for employees to behave this way.

  Diego was a spectacular worker here at the College Park CAVA. After a long day of studying for my midterm with my colleague, we decided to get CAVA, and it was such a great experience. He deserves a raise!! Coming back in with full confidence, I’m going to get the bowl I want and deserve.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA, and I have to give a special shoutout to Sandra for going above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared — you can really tell they take pride in quality. Sandra made the experience exceptional. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to answer questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was prepared exactly right. Her positive attitude and energy truly stood out and made the visit memorable. It’s rare to find customer service that genuinely makes you feel valued, but Sandra absolutely delivered. CAVA is lucky to have her on the team! Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!
