- RRRRKMar 26, 20261.0Ever since management changed this Giant has extremely bad customer service. The store manager Mark does nothing to improve anything in this store. Fruit is not rotated and there is an abundance of gnats. Vegetables are not fresh and bad vegetables are left in the bin instead of being thrown out. There is many items including can goods that have been expired but not taken off the shelf. Deli has staff issues where these women speak inappropriately to customers including the supervisor Travonne and Laurie. They lack morals and display alarming behaviors. Some of their co-workers there even commented how rude these people are to customers. Hard to believe Giant still employs them. It's not worth shopping at this location!

- CSChill SpotFeb 19, 20261.002/19/2026 today I was racially profiled as a black man by another black man at this giant location, there was no little shopping basket that was provided at the entrance for shopping so I picked up a few items in my hand walked to the self checkout when I was attacked, I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore not because I have dreads and I’m black doesn’t mean I’ll be running out the door with giant goods I was raised right.

Now my daily again. on my last grocery run, almost every paper bag broke before I could get it into the house. Called the store and they placed the full blame on the county, neglecting the fact that they could double bag or buy better quality bags. shopping elsewhere until they figure it out.
