- CSChill SpotFeb 19, 20261.002/19/2026 today I was racially profiled as a black man by another black man at this giant location, there was no little shopping basket that was provided at the entrance for shopping so I picked up a few items in my hand walked to the self checkout when I was attacked, I don’t feel comfortable coming here anymore not because I have dreads and I’m black doesn’t mean I’ll be running out the door with giant goods I was raised right.

Now my daily again. on my last grocery run, almost every paper bag broke before I could get it into the house. Called the store and they placed the full blame on the county, neglecting the fact that they could double bag or buy better quality bags. shopping elsewhere until they figure it out.

The last 3 times I was at this location, staff made rude remarks towards me. And tonight a Middle Aged lady who was scanning my groceries made rude comments about me having a little trouble paying for everything. Maybe she thought I couldn’t afford it. Either way an employee shouldn’t be making comments about a customer. I did indeed pay for everything just fine. You don’t know someone’s story.
