  Staff is consistently lackluster and rude. Most of the kitchen staff seems incredible inebriated. The food has been consistently good, but that's only when the person at the front counter isnt so blunt, unpleasant and annoyed at your existence that you can communicate your order correctly. One of our party wasnt given sauce included in their meal and the staff tried to force them to pay for sauce, which they were already supposed to have and only didn't because of their incompetence. Used to love this spot but this is now the worst Wendys I've been to. Beyond rude. Wendys needs to really get things together and fix this place

  This location has always been consistent & I don't remember ever having to get a mistake fixed there. They are friendly, clean, and the food is always hot.

  The single worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in my life. You get in the drive thru line and sit for like 5 minutes before someone actually speaks to you. I’ve only encountered one person on the mic who is ACTUALLY friendly. Why is the drive thru an option if yall are going to be just as slow as you would be in store?

  Every Wendy's that doesn't give out BBQ is a 1 star. 2 order of nuggets and a fry even order BBQ in the app and still nothing

  Wrong order, once again. I recommend that you go elsewhere for fast food. There are McDonalds in Hunt Valley and in Timonium. There is a Burger King in Timonium too. They may not be quite as close as this Wendy's, but you might be able to get a hot, correct order. We ordered for a party of 3. Ordered 5 burgers among other items. Only received 4. They were COLD. One of the buns was crumbly, indicating that it was a WHILE since it was made. They were not even close to customized. I keep giving them a chance since their burgers, when hot and made to order, are the best fast food burgers out there. However, if I can't get my order made correctly and HOT, there is no reason to keep going back. Also, in the mornings, there is often literally ONE guy working there. I know because he tells me when he says to be patient before having me wait about 5 minutes. It is my local Wendy's, but I'm going to have it treat it like it's closed. I would not be surprised if it IS actually closed soon. Shame on me for still giving them chances.
