  I don’t use food delivery apps. After I ordered, I get notified that Papa John’s partnered with Door Dash - charged $4.99 delivery fee - and says to tip the driver because they don’t get paid from the delivery fee. Screw Papa John’s. Deleting the app and will never use them again - and I’m not tipping the driver. Hopefully door dashes will stop picking up Papa John’s orders.

  10/22/25 6:50 pm GOOD SERVICE & GREAT MANAGEMENT Had some delivery confusion tonight. My Email confirmation for my order said a different address from what I entered. When I called to seek assistance i was blown away by the service I received. An employee by the name of Christian picked up and I voiced my concerns. He said he didn’t see an order for me in the system and did everything he could do to help out. He allowed me go further giving details of the order address situation. I was then asked to hold on for the manager. When the manager Matt got to the phone I explained the situation to him, yet there was still no order in my name found. Then he asked a series of questions to help get to the bottom of the confusion. Apparently the order must have been transferred to a closer location to my home. He instructed me call customer support to confirm because the confirmation gave this store’s address. I did as I was instructed and got the help I needed 👍🏾 I’ve never worked at this establishment before but I can image how hectic the work days can be. Between juggling the phones calls, walk-ins and preparing quality meals, Chiristian and Matt took their time to assist and help me get thing figured out. They were polite, patient and seemed skilled in problem solving for their respective positions. I order from this location often when I’m at work and I will continue to do so. Thank you !!!

  Order the garlic stuffed crust pizza. Sausage pepperoni and mushrooms. They give it to me with onions on it. I take it back in to order another one and the crust on the first one was cheesy and garlicky. The second pizza had stuffed crust but the crust itself was basic. No garlic or cheese. “Better pizza, bad service, papa johns.”

  Papa John's spot offers pickup services (no dining in). Food is prepared v fast. The pizza and wings were both awesome. Also tried those new twix bite thingies. Look online for offers instead of ordering in person.
