Lady in customer service position answered phone multiple times without hello and hung up or put music straight on. Very unproffesional. Also waited way to long for my pick up order and had to head inside and see what was going on.0

First off, Emily the cashier was unfriendly. No greeting, no have a great day, nothing. I only had 3 regular items and 4 packs of sodas. She didn't even come around to scan the sodas and she made me do it myself. Ok..... that's not even the point. The cashier wouldn't honor the sale price for my sodas. I pulled it up in the app and told her what the signs in the store said and they still wouldn't honor it. Instead of asking for a manager she asked a coworker and they were both too lazy to check. They basically ignored my proof. I had my children with me so I just checked out and left. I won't be returning to this location.

The employees here are very helpful, respectful and professional. I had a shopping cart fulled to the brim with products. The cashier Mrs. D assisted in bagging all the purchased items with diligence and kindness. Another Employee Mr. A then helped me load my large stock of groceries into my car. The quality of the products is excellent. Many compliments were given to the vegetables and produce.

Shopping here has become a cost to my convenience, and it's simply not worth the price of dealing with staff who are consistently discourteous, unhelpful, and disengaged — a problem that appears to originate at the management level. On a recent visit, I witnessed a manager deliberately avoid assisting a customer, instead redirecting responsibilities to already overburdened staff. Watching a leader prioritize personal ease over teamwork and customer support is not only disappointing — it’s disrespectful to both employees and guests. This kind of behavior sets a harmful precedent and reflects a serious lack of accountability. Despite these issues, there is still an opportunity to restore trust and improve the shopping experience. I’d like to offer a few actionable suggestions: 1. Provide staff with training that emphasizes professionalism and customer courtesy. A shift in store culture must start with leadership and extend to every team member. 2. Recognize the employees who go above and beyond. Jonathan is the best example of what good service should look like. He is consistently friendly, helpful, and reliable — even when it seems he’s working with the fewest staff. His positive attitude and strong work ethic are the primary reasons I’ve continued shopping here. Frankly, I’m surprised he’s still around, given what he seems to put up with. 3. Invest in more handheld baskets and smaller grocery carts. These are often unavailable, making shopping unnecessarily difficult. There are clearly things that can be done to improve how people feel about shopping here. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously, as the current direction is driving away loyal customers.
