- BSBrian SokolDec 22, 20251.0I USED to visit this Dunkin / B & R often but will NEVER go there again. The workers there are nasty! There is NO customer service at all. I asked to speak to the manager and the woman refused to let me do so. She indicated that the manager wasn't interested in speaking to me. She even said she didn't care if she was going to lose my business. I called the corporate office to make a complaint and was told I would receive a call in 24-48 hours. I did not. I called corporate again and was told they are sorry and would escalate my complaint and I would get a call back in 24 hours. I did not! I called a 3rd time and was apologized to and told that my complaint was being escalated to the top level and I would absolutely get a call from the franchise owner. It has now been a week since the 3rd call and still no response. If I was the owner of this store, I would want to know if my employees were unpleasant, obnoxious and horrible. I personally wouldn't stand for this kind of treatment to customers. This is no way to run a business.

Unfortunately, the staff did not seem to understand what a peanut allergy (or any allergy) is— along with how to accommodate it. Refusing to, at least, clean off the scooper. Then offering me a Reese’s ice cream after telling the employee multiple times that my allergy was to peanut. This issue needs to be resolved so that those with allergies are able to continue safely eating and enjoying Baskin Robbins.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
