- JTJen TSep 14, 20231.0My kid ordered 2 two scoops of ice cream, gives two different flavors. Guy at the counter gave him one scoop. I realized it after I paid. I tell the guy he messed up and ask for the second scoop since he messed up. He gives me the second scoop and then tries to make me pay full price for a second scoop (so $4 each instead of $6 for two scoops). Even though it was his error, I didn't expect the scoop for free, just as much as it would have been if he'd done the two scoops like he was supposed to. His only response was that he didn't hear, so it was my kid's fault, not his. He made a simple mistake and did nothing to try to fix it.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
