  My wife and i have been coming to this location for a very long time. Service is always amazing, quick and neat. Always taste so good and have never had an issue with them that would make me not want to to. Keep up the great work and thank for you for being always being consistent .

  When Sophy is at the register I know it's going to be a good day!! She is always so pleasant and courteous and thorough when taking orders and brings people's orders to the table even when they have to go orders. I even saw her take an order in Spanish and I was thoroughly impressed!! All the other team members do excellent job as well I just don't have that much interaction with them! But they definitely give you your money's worth here and the customer service is 5 + Stars!! They have another Charlie's in a mall that's not too far from this location but I told my husband don't even bother we going to go to the one on York Road because we going to get treated right!!(Sorry no offense to the other location 😲) But I just had to leave a review to let the management at this location and the general management know that they have a very excellent employee and Sophy!!

  Love this place. The staff are extremely nice, the service is great as well. I’ve been coming here for a while, and even before they knew my order never got a single thing wrong ever, can’t say that for most places. The food is amazing, honestly best cheesesteak you can find out here. It comes quick and it’s high quality and consistent every time. The restaurant is super clean and a nice little place to eat and relax. Overall extremely nice place, the staff are amazing; and so is the food

  I actually work across the street from a Charley’s but I actually prefer this location 25x more then any I’ve been to the cashier knows my order by heart everytime and always has a welcoming personality & lovely smile that makes me feel at home and that the food is made with pure love!
