  Set in line at drive thru for over 10 mins while the cashier has a jolly conversation about kids and their pets. No apologies given. Bad enough there were no customers inside the restaurant so how the hack does this happen and why.

  The Spanish lady in the drive thru is very rude. They only have 2 workers at lunchtime and it can be a little slow.

  I went through the drive through and the heavy lady was really nice. My food was hot a my Gyro was so fresh I told her to make 2 of them. Actually that was my first time at that Arby's, let's just say I SHALL RETURN!

  Slow service, cold food, soda machine broke (no carbonated sodas), only lemonade or HiC. They didn’t want to take credit card at first was asking for cash only! Dirty seating area. Thank God, I live out of state.
