  Service was quick and helpful. Annie was very nice and made me feel welcome. Highly recommend asking for smoothie recommendations the workers are very kind and have great taste.

  This location has the absolute worse customer service. Last week I had my mother to go pick up a smoothie for me. I did not like to taste a smoothie so I returned back to the store. And I was told that I would not be able to receive a refund, but that I can receive a store credit. OK, no worries. I won’t make that a big deal. I was told that my receipt of the store credit will be posted in the manager’s office and that I can come by anytime to retrieve my replacement smoothie. On Saturday I decided to go down to receive a replacement smoothie and I was met with nothing but disrespect and attitude But not only the cashier( young male with blonde hair)once I showed them that I was there to receive a replacement smoothie but by also the manager, Jarelle(spell check). I noticed once I presented them with my duplicate receipt from my replacement smoothie that the cashier rolled his eyes and then asked for his manager Jarrelle to assist him. Once Jarrell came to the cash register, I asked specifically if I could just deal with him because the cashier seems to have had an attitude. Once I let Jarelle know that his employee had an attitude, he was just extremely dismissive about it and rude as well. Once I was told that I would be able to get my smoothie they had to remake my smoothie well over two times. I guess they didn’t like the fact that I was coming in for a replacement smoothie and they literally made me wait at least between 15 to 20 minutes for my smoothie to be made!!!! I’m guessing the machines “magically”stopped working once it was time for me to get my replacement drink. I actually contacted tropical smoothies customer service, while I was in Store and let them know of the disrespect and all of the attitude that I did receive while in store. I made it very clear that I will never patronize at this location ever again. I feel like if the employees don’t want to provide decent customer service or exceptional customer service to clients then they should find them a different job. I don’t care how thirsty I am I will never go to this location ever again & please do not support. If you want to go to a place that has excellent customer service, you’re better off trying the one by Iverson mall. I contacted customer service about this issue and now I have a $20 gift card coming my way so thanks again to the Clinton location✅

  I had a great experience! Annie was professional and friendly, and everything was handled quickly. I definitely appreciated how well they communicated. I would definitely come back!

  First time coming on a Saturday I normally come during the week the staff was very friendly. I’ll choose this location over any other one. And I decided to stop in here before my nail appointment 🥰

  Mayra is awesome! She was able to get a big order for me together despite being the only person working at the time while having other orders to make. She deserves a big congrats and DAY OFF!!! Thanks for making the experience great Mayra.
