I asked for a mocha frappe they asked me to park to wait for it so I did. 10 minutes later they come outside to let me know the machine wasn't working if i wanted something else, so I asked for a Strawberry milkshake, i was already late to go back to work when I looked at it the milkshake looked like if someone had drank from it already and it had the straw was already put inside and was taken out. Had to throw it away since I didn't have time to go back smh

I’m actually in line now waiting for ice cream cone and been sitting here for approximately 13 minutes. This is a disaster. Whoever the general manager is needs to be wrote up and put on probation. This is the slowest fast food McDonald’s in the DMV. Where is the regional manager and what are they doing?. Something has to change. We need to retrain this entire store. We love the fries, but we hate the service. McDonald’s do something internally.
