  the dine in service here is bad. there is a good amount of dining seating here but it is not maintained, there area missing condiments on every table and the tables were messy. if you want to dine in, you'd have to order at the cashier, pick up your order at the cashier area and go up to the cashier area if you need anything. but they have a tip option when you order, when they don't do anything for a tip. they will not provide any service to your table or check on you. usually at restaurants, you would get your drink first as you're waiting for your food but that didn't happen here. make sure to check your order because they forgot parts of our order. the employees seem pretty lazy. the pizza is pretty good tho.

  Yesterday stopped by Ledo Pizza in Clinton and had a really great experience. The place was busy, but the service didn’t slip at all. Mohammad especially stood out. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was excellent too. The pizza was awesome, fresh and full of flavor. Even with the store packed, everything was handled smoothly. I would say, really good service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

  I recently had a terrible service experience at this location. I have been ordering from here for years without any issues, but it seems that nothing good lasts forever. I ordered a salad, the same one I always get, but this time the chicken was packaged differently—in a small cup. When I inquired about this change, the service staff attempted to insult me, claiming that nothing had changed in over three years. I further tried to explain the staff i usually deal with at the location and i am sure they areaware of how the food i usually packaged and serving size. They initially said that the individuals who I spoke of were never employed there, then later contradicted themselves by stating that they did work there. I even showed them reviews from other customers showcasing how the chicken is typically packaged with the salad, but the staff insisted that we were all lying about the serving size and presentation, despite my proof of past purchases. This was an awful experience. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend your money only to be spoken to condescendingly, as if you’re crazy for questioning a clear change. Instead of acknowledging the updated serving method, they chose to dismiss customers as liars. I am fed up with the poor treatment in restaurants. I refuse to continue spending my money at establishments that disrespect their customers in 2026 and do not take accountability.
