- TTTimothy Turner4 days ago1.0This new security gate scanner system to exit is ridiculous. I didn't bring a bag and had my hands full the associate refused to help so I out everything down and scanned the receipt. By the time I picked it back up, it closed. The associate thought it was funny. No help. I won't be back

There are NEVER enough employees to help and the ones that are there either don't know or is not interested in assisting. PG COUNTY especially Clinton, you have got to do better by your residents. We shouldn't have to keep driving across the bridge for A+ shopping experiences. On another take a lesson from the Safeway in Osborne shopping center, Upper Marlboro. That store manager and his/her staff are doing a great job!

Got to customer service, nobody was there (it was after 10:30) Was told by the cashier the managers were in the produce area. Both ladies didn’t even bother to turn around and acknowledge me for at least 2 minutes. When I was finally greeted first thing they said was “nobody is working customer service” then asked how much my check was then said “we don’t have that much” like it mattered after you already told me you weren’t going to help me either way. Just feel like that was rude as hell. At that moment I was a customer and was brushed off by both “managers”
