Another customer stated that staff says that they close the lobby at 11, but allow customers to remain in the lobby until midnight. I walk to the location because I don't have a car, and they said they can't serve walk up customers in the drive thru window. This is bad practice by the staff because they are refusing service to customers, and breaking policies by closing before stated time without advance notice.
