- RRRamonJan 3, 20261.0This place is terrible, the doughnuts taste like wax, they have this horrific music playing and it is so loud it disrupts any conversation. Overall skit this location, if you must eat at Dunkin Doughnuts, which I strongly encourage you NOT to do, choose any other location.

When I pulled up the speaker I let the lady know that I had a mobile order and I would like to add an order of hash browns. When I arrive to the window to pay for the hash brown a gentleman wearing a jean jacket with a very disgusting attitude took my payment. The Hispanic guy wearing the jean jacket didn’t know I spoke Spanish and was talking bad about the people in the white jeep in front of me. You can review your cameras to confirm that this is accurate. Your employee should be wearing a name tag so that I don’t have to refer to him as the Hispanic guy wearing the Jean jacket. He told me that it’s my job to let him know at the window that I have two orders, after I had already told them on the speaker. As a previous employee from Dunkin’ Donuts it’s your job to wear the headset so you know what order is approaching to the window - which he also wasn’t wearing, which prevented him from doing his job correctly and taking his anger out on customers. If you do not like the job , why not quit or ask to properly be trained? He also insulted me in Spanish when I drove off and told me that I was more than welcome to leave a complaint which I sure will. Disgusting behavior for a grown man working at a window. May god bless this person. He also gave me the wrong order which I will leave pictures below. I will be calling corporate to also file a complaint. This incident occurred on 11-28-25 at 10:10am. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
