    This location has unsanitary practices and totally untrained and apathetic employees. 5:40 pm Nov 19. Ordered 2 donuts at the counter, took them to car, reached into bag and realized cashier had given me wrong donuts. went back in and explained that what was in the bag wasn't what I ordered. cashier TOOK THE BAG, PUT THE DONUTS BACK IN THE CASE, and gave me 2 different donuts. I check the bag as I'm leaving and the order is wrong again! She AGAIN PUT THESE DONUTS BACK. I have touched *all* of these donuts. I told her she cannot put food back out for sale that has already been sold to a customer, touched by said customer, and/or left the store. All I got was a blank stare and one word: "ok." no follow up. I told her that this is a health code violation, you *really cannot* resell food a customer returned. another blank stare, another "ok". Literally could not get anything else out of her. I gave up and left. If you ate donuts from this location evening of Nov 19, congrats, you may have been enjoying returned food that I handled. I just threw away my (finally correct) order because now I don't trust anything from this location. DD, get your act together. bad service is one thing, but this was gross.

    Completely so angry with this placed I placed a mobile order for a few items mind you not one employee checked to see if they had my order right and when I said something they took the food back and said we are out of what you ordered and can’t refund you never gave the sandwich back or anything else ended up paying almost $23 for a stupid iced coffee and I can’t even get an email or a phone call back this place is trash if you don’t have an item it should be taken off or marked as unavailable

    Today, 11/12/25, around 4:30 PM, I had an unpleasant experience at the drive-thru. There was a young girl at the window and another Hispanic lady assisting her, and both had very poor attitudes. When I received my drink, it was noticeably watered down, so I politely mentioned it to the girl at the window. Her response was, “So what do you want to do?” Which already felt rude and unprofessional. When I asked if they could remake it, she argued with me, insisting it wasn’t watered down as if she had tasted it herself. I was shocked. She then began talking in Spanish to the other woman (who I assume was the barista), not realizing I understood everything they were saying. They went back and forth dismissing my concern before finally agreeing to remake the drink—followed by a snarky comment when handing it back to me. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience and a clear example of poor customer service.

    I ordered at this Dunkin’ location and waited over 20 minutes to receive my drink while staff served multiple customers who arrived after me. When I spoke up, there was no apology — they just kept making others’ drinks before mine. When I asked for a refund, I was told to call since it was a mobile order, and still no apology or courtesy. Staff completely ignored me, even though there were no other customers in the store. Absolutely terrible customer service — rude, unprofessional, and indifferent. I will never return and strongly suggest others avoid this location.

    I was very excited for this Dunkin to open, now that it is, most of my experiences have been very disappointing. The customer service is great but the food is hard most of the time. The taste of the coffee and cold brew is so inconsistent. Most people I speak to share the same experience with this location. I hope management is able to work on this, you’re better off going to the Allentown Dunkin than taking chances with this one.
