    Really good service. Didn’t have to wait long and they brought the food to me. Really friendly staff. I’m glad that they are in the neighborhood.

    This is a great place! The customer service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Everything was smooth and pleasant, and you can tell they really value their customers. A special shout-out to Gisela for her outstanding service. Highly recommend!

    BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS. A lot of these reviewers only have 1-3 reviews. *if you’re the franchise owner, get your staff trained better ASAP* I’ve had plenty of Charlie’s. They just aren’t cooking things properly at this location. The cheesesteak cheese, onions and meat weren’t that good or done properly at all, with cold cheese just emptied all over the top of the sandwich. Disgusting. Fries were good, no condiments in the lobby like almost all other Charlie’s though, no vinegar, no salt pepper ketchup, you have to get packets it seems. I’ll drive to Waldorf if I want Charlie’s unless you guys improve. Be better

    First Time Here and I Was Really Impressed! This was my first time trying this spot and I honestly loved everything about it. The food was delicious — the sandwich was loaded with fresh ingredients, the meat was seasoned perfectly, the bacon was crispy, and the cheese melted just right. The fries with cheese and bacon were also amazing… super flavorful and a big portion! What really made the experience even better was the service. The employees were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They made me feel welcome right away, explained the menu, and made sure my order came out exactly how I wanted. You don’t get that kind of good service everywhere. Overall, great food, great people, and a great first experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

    I am highly dissatisfied with the food portions. We visited a week ago and everything was good like when we frequent the Brandywine location. We did an order on the app like we usually do and it was extremely disappointing.. We packed everything up and took it back to the store as I was on the phone with the restaurant waiting to speak with the manager becuase the young lady that answered the phone wasnt able to assist me. I called them at 8:02p and was hold for 9 mins and 30secs before the young lady returned to the phone telling me there was no manager available to speak with me and then saying they can't do refunds for online orders. The subs had one square of meat on them and the amount of ultimate fries was less than 1/2 a portion and we were missing a free fry. When we arrived the young lady still insisted there was no manager after she went to talk to someone. I told her whoever she talked to she needed to tell her to come address the issue or she is going to have to figure something out. I told the young lady it's not fair for her to have to deal with a customer's dissatisfaction when she can do nothing & I definitely spoke on how highly dissatisfied I was. The manager came out acting as if she barely spoke english and needed the young lady to interpret for her. She tried to act as if she didnt know what was going on, but I heard her explaining everything to her. I told the manager if she couldn't provide me a refund due to the online order, then I needed names and numbers & I would be there until I received the information. She eventually asked for my card to issue me a REFUND. After I received the refund I still requested the names & numbers. Its the principle of it all and how she tried to dismiss us like we were nothing. Of course we will never frequent that location and I hope other patrons have a better experience.
