drive thru experience: used promo for large fries, large coke, double cheeseburger and a mcchicken *the price should've been $6.68 before taxes. confirmed my order.
swiped my card, looked at the receipt, instead of a mcchicken they mistakenly put med diet coke. which was $7.17 before taxes.
staff was rude for it being their mistake; not even apologetic. manager on duty definitely rode the short bus as I explained that I was not charged the correct amount. and proceeded to tell me that the mcdouble is not part of the buy one get one for a $1. for which I also agreed because I ordered a DOUBLE CHEESBURGER... but I digress.. after hearing her response, I gave up and didn't believe she was intellectually capable of handling the situation as a Manager on duty.
Essentially I paid more than I had to, and was trying to explain it to the staff but was disrespected and treated like it was my fault. NEVER COMING BACK and WOULD'NT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION, whoever I spoke to needs reeducation on basic customer service and POS training as I'm sure there was a way to handle my order without the hassle; there's a language barrier at the drive-thru which is fine but if you're an English speaker and have an issue with an order you're SOL. Until you get the unqualified manager who believes you're the problem and then your double SOL.

I stopped here on the way home to Delaware the morning after a New Year’s Eve party, where I mainly consumed raw oysters, espresso martinis, and tequila shots.
With my bowels protesting last night’s decisions, I pulled over at McDonalds and sought relief.
What a delight! Not only was the bathroom
spotless, it has those European doors that close all the way, leaving no visible cracks. Also, any embarrassing noises were drowned out by the smooth crooning of Rod Stewart piped in from the main dining room.
If you’re in the area and suddenly find yourself needing to poop, I highly recommend this McDonalds.

After being handed a drink and the person at the window saying wait what’s your order? We. Have the employee our code and he said whatever, handed me a half empty drink with about 3 ice cubes in it and proceeded to angrily give us our food. Safe to say we felt very uncomfortable.

During ordering at the drive thru, I asked for a large size drink as part of the Happy Meal and stated it clearly. When picking up the order, I was given a small size drink. When I brought this to the attention of the attendant, he implied I was wrong and had ordered a small by pointing to the receipt he had. He did not try to correct the order. I feel this could have been handled better by this employee. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I also feel that the value of their products has gone way down. The price of the happy meal to the price of their fries and the portion sizes given.
