It was a busy day and I made an order online, but my mom was picking up. She went to pick it up, but because she accidentally said my maiden name, they dismissed her and made her go to the end of the line again before she could correct herself. I understand needing the correct name, but to completely dismiss someone, give them attitude, and then make them return to the end of the line before she could correct herself is a little harsh. I already was on the fence about them from previous experiences with equally horrible customer service, but I’ll be sticking with Fulton from now on. Just drive the extra 10 minutes to Fulton.
