I asked him if he could add it and he was very rude. He said I had to pay extra for whipped cream and caramel. I told him all the other locations don’t charge extra for whipped cream and caramel, it’s supposed to come with the drink. He rolled his eyes and shrugged. Very rude customer service, I will never come back to this location.
