For carryout orders you still have to wait in line, even if your order is sitting behind the counter ready. When they are making bowls for people in line, that could be awhile. Seems like there could be a more efficient way. Finally, the online order website has no photos or descriptions. I wanted to order a chicken dish, but had no idea what any of them were. So I didn’t. Descriptions would go a long way.
