The manager, Cathleen, remade the order and turned our whole night around (it was turning into a disaster). Even though the fault was not with Papa John’s, Cathleen made sure to make things right. Shout out to the whole staff for working efficiently and rolling with the punches.

On top of that, while waiting for pickup I overheard staff openly talking down about customers who don’t tip on pickup orders, with one older bald guy in a Towson sweater saying they “have a word” for those customers. That’s unprofessional and off-putting. Bad food, worse attitude. Won’t be back.
