  Likely one of the worst Dunkin' locations I’ve visited. I’m honestly surprised corporate allows this store to remain open in its current condition. The cleanliness and overall upkeep were extremely disappointing — there was visible trash throughout the store, old food left out, noticeable stains, drywall in disrepair, and torn seating. I understand that larger repairs may require time and investment, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should never be overlooked. The amount of garbage throughout the store was simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.

  I ASKED FOR FREE FOOD. DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?!? ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE SAID “I HATE FREE I HATE FREE” i hope this place does not repeat this mistake again…🥀🥀🥀🥀 i don’t want to say who it was because they might beat me up😢😢😢 here hint ->> grandma 👵🏾

  This dunkin is probably the most low effort, sloppy, and overall disappointing location I have been to. I order the same drink every time, and every time, it’s somehow always made differently. Do they not follow the same recipes? Today I was looking forward to having my first coffee after being snowed in for three days, and typically Dunkin is never my first choice but it’s the closest thing I had available. I ordered a caramel iced latte and literally received a cup of tan milk. It looked so unappetizing that I could not even bring myself to drink it. And I love coffee — that’s how bad it was. This is a consistent experience with each trip I’ve made here. Not only that, but the store just looks dirty in general. Super upsetting.

  I really wanted to give this store many chances , but after multiple visits, I’m officially done. The biggest issue is that they never seem to get the order right. Whether it’s a simple dozen or just a couple of specific breakfast specials, something is always missing or swapped for something I didn’t ask for. It’s a gamble every time you open the box. However, the real dealbreaker is the customer service. The woman behind the counter is incredibly unprofessional. When I pointed out that my order was wrong today, there was no apology whatsoever. Instead of fixing it, she immediately started arguing with me, claiming I "didn't understand" how to order or that I must have said something else. It’s one thing to make a mistake—everyone has bad days—but to be gaslit and argued with as a paying customer is unacceptable. Save your money and your sanity; there are plenty of other donut shops in town that actually value their customers and know how to put the right order in the bag.

  Usual dunkin donuts. I would say that employees should get use to wearing gloves to get the donuts. Or follow the company’s guidelines. I went there an afternoon and the main employee who served us wasnt wearing gloves albeit he did wear them after I requested it .
