  I really wanted to give this store many chances , but after multiple visits, I’m officially done. The biggest issue is that they never seem to get the order right. Whether it’s a simple dozen or just a couple of specific breakfast specials, something is always missing or swapped for something I didn’t ask for. It’s a gamble every time you open the box. However, the real dealbreaker is the customer service. The woman behind the counter is incredibly unprofessional. When I pointed out that my order was wrong today, there was no apology whatsoever. Instead of fixing it, she immediately started arguing with me, claiming I "didn't understand" how to order or that I must have said something else. It’s one thing to make a mistake—everyone has bad days—but to be gaslit and argued with as a paying customer is unacceptable. Save your money and your sanity; there are plenty of other donut shops in town that actually value their customers and know how to put the right order in the bag.

  Usual dunkin donuts. I would say that employees should get use to wearing gloves to get the donuts. Or follow the company’s guidelines. I went there an afternoon and the main employee who served us wasnt wearing gloves albeit he did wear them after I requested it .

  Honestly I would like to give a good review for a worker name Anna and a guy that works their other than that there 2 other employees they both have a really bad attitude and make the drinks disgusting. I go there every morning because that is the only breakfast/ coffee place near by to home and work. On top of that they didn’t give me my order correct there was missing items and I since I have to go to work I couldn’t go back. But this is not the first time that it has happen with those 2 women. I spend $40 today. I wish there was a manager to speak to but the lady that has the bad attitude says she’s the one to talk to. I’m not sure about that I hope the owners sees this and does something for their business.

  I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and it was horrible, I waited for about 20 minutes before placing my order and it turned out horrible. It taste like sewage water. I will never visit this place ever again. I just poured my coffee out and just said it was a lost.

  I love coming to this location. They do a great job and they get my order right every time! How often can you say that about a restaurant? The coffee is wonderful and the sandwiches are made the way they are expected to be. I also want to thank staff members like Arron who work behind the counter and are endlessly helping to make customers like me as happy as can be! He is diligent and kind. He's such a hard worker and I want everyone to say hello to Arron when they arrive to place their order or online! Keep up the great work everyone! Thanks for all you do for me each and every day!
