  I'm new to the area and I normally go to Dunkin Donuts Monday- Friday. This location just made me reconsider my actions . I have been out here for only 2 weeks and have been trying to give this location a chance. Today was the final straw. I only get an ice coffee and avocado toast. I order put in a mobile order so I am not waiting. And yet, it's still almost a 5 min wait for the ice coffee that be bitter and just old tasting. How am I getting a banana, vanilla ice coffee and can't taste any flavor? I also get an avocado toast that I had to wait almost 7 - 10 mins for. My toast is burnt and hard as a rock. They really messed up my morning. I will no longer support this location and encourage others to avoid.

  I’m going to be honest. This isn’t the best Dunkin in the area but there is one guy who works there.. younger guy.. Hispanic with a short mustache, beard and curly hair who makes all the difference. Every time I come here it’s pretty crowded and he will still speak to people as they walk in and if he notices someone has been waiting awhile he will ask for their name and what they ordered. It seems they have some new crew members and maybe they just need more training but they seem to just not care and most mornings they are pretty rude. I will say, the coffee is always hot and my order is never wrong. That guy, I don’t know his name.., give him a raise because he’s carrying the place right now.

  I went in today to pick up my order. I am Latino; when I went to grab it, they stopped me to verify that it was actually mine—even though they didn't say a word to anyone else. After confirming that the order was indeed mine, I checked the bag to make sure they had included everything—since I had bought a gallon of coffee, and sometimes they forget to put items in—but they told me I wasn't allowed to open the bag. I asked why, pointing out that it was my order, and the man serving me got angry with me. I will not be returning to that place.
