    Every time you go to this McDonald’s in Chestertown MD the employees always have ear buds in their ear and can’t even take your order right the mangers don’t even care they let them do it you go through drive thru and it takes forever before they answer you at the speaker and then when you pull to the window you see everyone with ear phones and ear buds and the head set for work isn’t even on their ear you order a 40 piece nugget they only give you 20 nuggets and says that’s what you ordered maybe if you pay attention like you do your phone this McDonald’s would be okay if you get better employees and managers!!

    I’ve never had an issue with this McDonalds in the many years i’ve visited, but i’ve really noticed a recent improvement on their customer service! The staff is always extremely kind, professional, and thorough. Great job to whoever is training the current employees, they’re doing great!
