- JWJayson WorleyMar 31, 20261.0My Mom and I went to the drive thru to pick up our mobile order Monday afternoon ,there was something missing on our order so we came back within minutes, Still didn't not complete our order so we just ignored it because we were such in a rush .Today , Tuesday, my sister placed an order and my Mom picked it up at the drive thru, Again, they didn't complete the order and my Mom had to go back again. She went inside instead and waited to get acknowledge but the staff didn't even bother to stare at her and ask what she need. Until she finally get someone's attention. Tuesday's crew up front and Manager's in charge totally doesn't know how to provide a good customer service. Manager even said she doesn't wanna deal with my Mom's issue because they were busy at the drive thru which they can't even do it right in the first place. I wish I can rate them 0 STAR!!!

I finally got to talk over the speaker and told the lady with long black hair and glasses that she missed taking my order before the adjacent truck arrived… then ignored my comment pointing out her error when paying but she continued to ignore my questions and she acted rude while repeating “may I help you” while talking over me! Where is Steve this morning with his funny humor and smile??

This isn’t the first time either. You are open so why are you not taking orders at the speaker?! Couldn’t get my breakfast before work.
