  Multiple times I come here for a simple hot tea with milk and sugar and almost everything I dont get neither milk or sure? All these young kids there worried about joking around instead of paying attention. One less DD ill be going to

  I love Dunkin so this is only to the Charlotte Hall DD!... im not sure what the problem is with this facility, from the one time I used the bathroom and it smelled like fish to the nasty coffee,to the bad customer service. I will not be returning there is a pic included,I ordered a wrap in which we know its only so big.....no cheese,barely any egg a bunch of bacon like they're trying to kill you....and let me not forget how hard and burnt it was that I couldn't finish it! Coffee was thrown out!! Just a waste of time and money!!!!

  I can genuinely and honestly say that after tonight's experience I am fully done with this location. Online order was placed at 6:18 PM. Arrived at 6:30 PM to see that the order shows ready but it was never prepared. When I walked in, there were 2 employees in the store, whom when they saw me, proceeded to walk to the back of the store. Fast forward to 6:41 PM and one of the girls walk up. The only reason she did was because someone was in the drive thru placing an order. She proceeded to finish their order and then START my order. She asked if I placed the order and then instantly came in. I told her no, that we had gone to the gas station and returned. Not an "I'm sorry" or any form of acknowledgement for the wait. She actually seemed quite annoyed that I was even there at this point.

  never been to a fast food place that sticks a card reader out of a window on a stick and asks for a tip. and then proceeds to be a cranky individual when i do not tip for my coffee. absolutely ridiculous.
