I understand you have to minimize staff for the volume of customers - but customers like to be acknowledged that "hey, we see you there," " Sorry for the wait. We will be right with you. " Secondly, the sofritas were hard, cold and chewy. We vegans don't expect perfection - but we like warm, fresh food as well. The food should be checked from time to time for freshness. Just my opinion, if it were my restaurant. Not bad, but not great. Just constructive criticism as a customer. Thanks
