I’ve already complained to Corporate for a overcharge and a wrong drink order, unfortunately it still keeps happening, at this point I’m not sure if he’s doing it on purpose or if he’s just not caring or slow or ALL OF THE ABOVE, but something needs to be done..He waters down the coffee (YOU CAN TASTE IT) He gets drink orders wrong all the time, at least mine anyway, even though you speak very clearly into the drive-through window, it’s a shame because I stop at this location all the time after work and look forward to A little pick me up certain days! Please retrain this employee or send him elsewhere, it’s turning your customers away

The second time I went in a lady “fixed” the latte. She was very nice and polite but unfortunately the drink was till milky. Gave up in going again. Apparently I am not the only one so please retrain staff in making drinks.
