  I called the store after a hour of waiting because it wasn’t even put in the oven. I placed this order right when it opened and she confirmed she had gotten the order at 10:00am when they opened. When I called the woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude and acted like I had just disrespected her entire family. I was nice when I asked her what time they opened and explained my order hadn’t even been put in the oven. 4/3/2026. Whoever was working this shift needs another job if she can’t practice customer service. She stated it was going to be another hour of waiting since “delivery is 45 minutes”. She said I didn’t even reach the 45 minute wait time, and a driver would deliver to me when it was done. I just asked a question and she gave me attitude. Horrible customer service & I won’t be ordering here again. The driver then called me and said “somebody wrote down a different address” and was going to be another 15 minutes. I double checked my app and it was the correct address so I’m not sure who wrote my address down wrong.

  Ordered extra done, arrived not fully cooked. Toppings are minimal, half at best. The manager was nice and is replacing the pizza. They still get a 1... I shouldn't have to deal with this. Papa Johns is closing approximately 300 underperforming, mostly franchised - this should be one that goes.
