  Showed up to this 24 hour mcdonalds in the middle of the night just to be told we are closed at the drive thru .

  I get off of work late night and I come here and the fries are always perfectly crunchy and salty but tonight when I went by there only taking DoorDash and mobile orders. I work at a bar close by and this is my tradition and I will not come here again after work because I’m not doing a mobile order

  I generally don’t ridicule people who are obviously less intelligent than average. But the experience I had here recently was amazing to me. I placed my order on the app, paid, and went to the first window to get my receipt. All is well. I get to the second window, and the employee told me to pull to the next window to wait. There was already a car sitting there, so I remained at the window I was at. Less than a minute later, the same employee emerges and hands me my bag and said, “didn’t I tell you to pull to the second window?” I said, “there is a car there. How would you like me to do that?” She said, “I don’t care, just do it next time.” Please, AI…. Take over. Please? These people are not worth employing.

  With 24-hours listed on the app and Google and pulling up getting yelled at after the app accepted my mobile order was a tremendous experience. Whoever the manager is needs a review from their district manager.
