  There was a rock in my food. I am almost 7 months pregnant. I came in to let the manager know because I almost broke my front tooth. They were very rude. The manager asked me did I want to keep the food or make another one. I am so confused and pissed off. I will never in my life come back to this location ever again.

  I ordered my food with no issue, but when I asked how to redeem a smoothie, the lady got an attitude, started talking to her coworker in another language, and they both laughed at me. I grabbed my food and told them they were rude as hell.

  Hey, good afternoon this morning. I walked into this establishment. I am a business owner myself. I came in with a great attitude. I asked for the manager because I was double charge on a smoothie. I’ve purchased a week ago. I normally hear 3 to 4 times a week this. Food smoothies, is not a problem. It’s the management. I asked to speak to a manager to let her know that I have been charged twice for one order, all I want was a smoothie I don’t wanna refund. I come here all the time she says to me I never seen you before I don’t know who you are And I’m like really you speak to me every time I walk in so it’s OK when I’m buying. But it’s not OK when you’re asking for help with a transaction this Manager did not want to hear nothing else outside so I’m just letting customers know they come here often. Just be careful. She’s the Muslim lady that has her hair wrapped. I thought she was nice but this morning I got saw a different side. I will not be coming back to this location at all. There is only one person that makes this smoothies great anyway, and I haven’t seen her in a while these jobs these days be getting rid of really good people or they run good people away.

  I’ve been coming here for a few years, it used to at least be okay but it’s been going downhill lately. The food is usually decent, but the smoothies are unpredictable. And now, both smoothies I got tonight are watered down and don’t taste right. Not sure if they’re trying to save money by using half the ingredients, but I basically have watery juice. Like others said the service is usually pretty slow. The times I’ve gone earlier in the day were definitely better though. Think I’ll just go elsewhere for now.
