  You ask for extra sauce. And they say you have to pay a $1 for it. When I get to the window, ready with my card and coins whatever they want to pay for the sauce. They said I can’t get sauce at the window and I have to order it ahead of time. I asked for a manager and I was told they are not available. Then the manager finally came and told me I can not pay for sauce. So ride the employee was trying to cut me off and was cussing at me when I was talk to the manager. Please re-train your employees. This is the worst customer service ever at any Taco Bell and I go to Taco Bell every weeks. This is how you lose customers.

  I used the kiosk so no interaction was needed. But the staff seemed diligent and did their jobs well. Food was usual for Taco Bell.

  Im giving 1star because I came to the store I ordered a new item called chips Supreme dip and a mini taco Salad I didn't realize the Supreme dip came with chips because when I got home there was no chips in the bag so I started eating the dip with a spoon. I really enjoyed the meal so I decided I will order the same meal again but this time with some nachos. When I was placing my same order the youngman said the Supreme dip comes with chips. I said I ordered the same meal the order day I did not have chips. Ok no problem he said After that I paid I looked in my bag and there was no extra chips I said Im serious I would like my extra chips then the manager it became a big deal I ask her to honor the chips I never received the other day. She stated she can't because sometimes people lie I then felt insulted. Over a 2 dollar item. She ask me for the receipt I said why is that an issue it was a 2 dollar item you owe me that. To shorten this story I never received the chips. She then went on and on I said I will pay for the chip she then said no that I was being disrespectful this situation was about chips that was owed to me. Im so disappointed that This manager treated me as if I was a thief all because I never received what was due to me. SMH!!!

  Order at kiosk, but only one kiosk working, no more pennies so give exact change or round up. A I is Taking over.

  Lotta bad stigma about this place decided to go check it out with the fam. Immediately disgusted rats and cockroaches. Tortillas were wet and soggy. Workers care the most about scrolling reels. What traumatized from this disgusting place. How are they even in business.
