Simple questions were met with attitude, and their behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. The owner or management seriously needs to review staff temperament and provide proper training before letting them deal with customers. Basic courtesy and communication skills are completely lacking. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless significant improvements are made in how customers are treated.
