  this mcdonald’s has to be the worst one of them all on this side of town. They line was long in drive thru so i did mobile order pick up inside and still stood there for about 20 mins waiting for a large fries and sprite. the cashier was working drive thru and dine in along with bagging the food and taking orders they custmer service is horrible waited all that time for my fries to still be cold.

  the worst mcdonald’s the workers are no help the manager is no help there is never nobody at the cashier desk. will never go to this w location again

  I want to saying the food isn't actually that bad, and the staff service is great; they're very friendly and attentive. When you walk in, they greet you and offer to help you to pick up your order or place your order. However, the atmosphere in the place is really far too freezing. I think the manager lacks common sense. I overheard most of the employees saying that the heater isn't working. At a temperature of 24°, it's irresponsible for an owner not to turn on the heater. It's truly unbelievable that someone who owns or manages a food establishment would allow their workplace to be so freezing. I hope someone takes action to address this. I will put in spanish quiero decir que la verdad la comida no es tan mala, el servicio de los empleados es genial muy amables y atentos cuando entras te saludan y te ofrecen ayuda para recojer tu orden o para pedir tu orden pero el ambiemte en el lugar es demasiado helado creo que el gerente no tiene principios sobre como llevar un restaurante, escuche a la mayoria de empleados que el calentador de aire no sirve, en una temperatura de 24° es algo insano de un dueño no prender un calentador de aire en verdad no es posible que una persona sea el dueño o gerente de un local de comida tenga asi de helado su lugar de trabajo espero y alguien tome cartas en el asunto

  The food was standard McDonald’s quality tasty and consistent, no complaints there. However, my burger was a bit undercooked, so I had to take a point off for that. The biggest issue, though, was how freezing cold it was inside. We’re in the middle of one of the coldest winter days, and everyone, including the staff, was wearing coats just to stay warm. It’s really uncomfortable for customers, and honestly, I felt bad seeing the employees trying to work in those conditions. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
