The first speaker to take orders said to move to the next speaker, I moved to the next speaker and waited for a bit, said “hello?” And didn’t hear a reply so moved on to the window to put in my order. When I got there a man in grills and with patchy hair asked what my order was and I told him I was unable to be put in an order because I didn’t hear anyone on the speaker. He began yelling at me and said I should have waited, I’m meant to wait, he has the headphone on. It was so bizarre that this man thought it was appropriate to yell at me. I just drove off.
