  We ordered 2 dozen donuts for pick up from this location for a birthday party. We specifically needed the pink frosted donuts to construct a “donut cake”. When we received the donuts they were clearly not right. You can see in the photo we received two “normal” looking pink donuts and the rest were extremely flat, misshapen, half the size and with different sprinkles. We also got plain glazed donuts and they barely had any glaze on them at all. We were very disappointed as we specifically ordered Krispy Kreme for their pink frosted donuts and did not receive anything similar to what they are supposed to be and unfortunately had to go to Dunkin to get correct donuts.

  I’ve ordered from this location like 12 total times over the last 5 years, and only one time have I actually received what I ordered. They really need to update their app with what is and isn’t available. The only reason they’re getting three stars is because they at least refund me after the fact. But they would definitely save themselves a ton of money by updating the app. But alas, probably not a ton of motivation to change when they’re the only location in the area 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Today we visited Krispy Kreme and had a disappointing experience. We wanted to order the Original Glazed Doughnut Dots (10ct), but the staff member informed us that they were not available. However, we clearly saw a customer ahead of us in the queue order and receive the same item, and we could also see that the donuts were still being packed into boxes. When we asked again, we were told that they were not available and that the ones currently there were old, without any clear explanation. The same situation happened about four weeks ago with the same staff member. We were also waiting in a long line inside the store, and when we asked about the Hot Light donuts, we were told they were not available. This experience felt inconsistent and uncomfortable, as it did not seem like all customers were being treated the same. We kindly request that you review this situation and ensure consistent and fair service for all customers. Thank you.

  I've been here maybe 5x since its opened. You guys offer promo deals and specialty donuts during holidays and different seasons etc. We ordered the superbowl donuts early morning on Sunday. There was no communication other then a confirmation email with my receipt and pickup time. We drove 35 min for pick up only to be told that they ran out of the donuts. Why weren't we informed with a phone call, email , etc before we drove 35 freakn minutes to this place and get told we ran out? What a waste of my time and gas!!!!!!! Why have you run out in the first place? Krispy Kreme should've anticipated the amount of orders and have proper adjustments in order to fulfill the orders timely without running out?? If that was the case should you not have your website reflect "SOLD OUT" Instead of us assuming they were available when we were allowed to order them? I thought this was ridiculous, but thats ok! My money went to Tous Les Jours around the corner. DO BETTER KRISPY KREME!

  From out of town, new to this location. This location has two doors. The front door has a key box on it but we tried to enter anyway. It was locked. We started to drive away. Then we realized people were entering the side door. When I was inside I saw people going out that front door. So I asked and they said the door was broken. It would be friendly to customers if they put a sign on it. We stood at the counter to place our order. Employees looked at us but no one said anything. Eventually an employee at a side counter asked what we wanted. So we told her our order. When we got home, one of our filled donuts had no filling and one had less than a teaspoon of filling in it. Our Krispy Kreme at home is so much better. This location definitely doesn’t represent their brand very well.
