This is the third time that our donuts have been extremely dry, small, and appear to look old. This is by far the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if there’s an issue with staffing, but something has to change. Paying $12 for 6 pitiful looking donuts is absolutely bonkers. If we’re ever in the mood for donuts again, we’ll just drive to the other location.

For 30 minutes, they did not answer any of the phone calls. After 2.5 hours, decided to just drive to the location to figure out the issue (20 minutes drive each way). They say they are now out of some of the doughnuts that were ordered HOURS ago and they werent making anymore! Management needs more training on how to operate. If items are not in stock, remove it from ordering or notify the customer. Customer service 0/10. Waste of time and gas. No way to get in touch with anyone regarding the order since they REFUSE to answer phone lines. Worst KrispyKreme location ever.

It is very misleading when you’re able to order certain items online, pay for said items and then be told they’re out. It’s nice for them to accommodate with alternatives, but very stressful when you intend on ordering something specific! I’ve just given up, and feel very uneasy ordering anything now. I’m typically not one to review poorly, or at all. But this situation has caused my experiences here to be more stressful than it needs to be.

Every time we go to this location it’s always something or someone disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend!!
