There was an incident where I wanted to order the meal deal and tried changing the bread part of the sandwich so I asked if it was possible. The employee just yelled no at me and btw I did have the option (from checking the app after), she was just too lazy to add it into my order.

They dont want to work and when they do, you cant argue with them that they got your order wrong or they will argue back. There are usually 4 people chatting in the kitchen while 1 person takes orders and makes the coffee. They hate their work and it shows clearly but there is no manager that actually cares, so we get screwed over for it. Extremely disappointing

When I asked for it, she handed it to me, but it wasn't hot enough. I requested steaming again, but instead, she threw away the lid, changed the cup, and didn't follow my instructions. She was very rude, and the latte was not made as I asked. She's working near the latte around 11:45 am today!
