  Walked in about 20 minutes ago. No customers, 3 employees that i could see. I stood at the register for several minutes. Nobody even acknowledged me. I walked out and went to the one just up Frederick Rd. Was immediately greeted and taken care of.

  Fast, friendly, and fresh! Two thumbs up!! as a Dunkin junkie. I rarely get an excellent experience and this one was note worthy. Thank you for the crispy bacon, fresh hashbrowns, and consideration and asking if I wanted everything in one bag.

  Went to this location. Ordered a decaf iced coffee. For one I was standing there while she was changing some container in order to do it. The coffee tasted like water. I proceeded to go back and let the cashier know that it tasted like water and that other people had been giving me regular coffee. She said idk it might be I didn’t do the coffee today. Then she proceeds to make it again she then says let me help you, opens my straw touches it with her bare hands and hands it to me. Black woman with twists in her hair. That was my first & last day there.

  Food is always burned. Drinks don’t taste like they should. The staff are really nice though.

  I stopped in this wonderful Saturday afternoon to grab a quick coffee and was met by a very polite and positive employee Kiera (Kee) she had a big smile on her face and made my day with her positivity. I hope this gets read by the store owner and you give her the props she deserves! Thank you for your positivity!
