She rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, tsk’d at us and made nasty comments out loud that she has to deal with customers “who don’t even know what they want.” Her tone and attitude were shockingly rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one on duty; just two employees working. The other worker (Deirria) was kind and tried to help, but the rude employee refused to serve us, told us to go somewhere else, and even told her coworker not to help us. This employee should not be working in customer service — her behavior was completely unacceptable and disgusting. Management needs to take this seriously and do something about it. I do not recommend this location!

Two people working the morning shift at that location is going to put them out of business very quickly. Stupid management decisions.
