  Chili was good, but... Worker forgot to put spoon and napkins on tray. Why aren't napkins available for customers to get when needed? The multi-button drink machine was out of many flavors.

  Who wns the franchises in the area because either the owners or on site management or both need to get better organized so their locations have sufficient food stock and supplies. Over the past 3 years the Wendy's at 301 on site with a home depot in upper marlboro and the one on 214 cental avenue opposite the plaza that has Home depot Ihop and Dunkin in Capital Heights are always out of some food item or even missing things like cups spoons ketchup or key ingredients for food prep..wha is up? ..Wendy's food offerings are good and the prices are better than most fast food but these locations suffer from awful management when it comes to stocking what they need to prepare and sell food. Its frustratting when you want to order a yummy apple pecan salad or a baked potato and they say oh sorry we are all out! Huh? MICKY Ds never runs out of anything they are selling. Take note.

  This is the slowest wendys I've ever been to. Drive thru always takes over 20 minutes
