    I usually cook at home, and after this experience, I’ll be doing it even more often. Customer service at this location has gone completely downhill. The woman taking my order big, light-skinned with blonde curly hair was incredibly rude. She rushed me through the entire process, repeatedly snapping "is that all?" until I finally had to tell her to give me a minute. When I got to the window, the service didn't improve. I had ordered a Freeze, but she told me they didn't have any and just handed me a fountain drink instead. She then repeatedly asked if I was going to take the drink, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering a refund/alternative. To top it off, the tacos were served cold. Taco Bell, you need to do better, I will not be returning.

    Drive thru is fine, but the dining room is terrible. It's clean, but they refuse to turn on the drink machine or fill condiments table. This forces diners to go to the counter, and often wait a long time for any service, for literally anything. Unacceptable and just lazy.

    Absolutely the worst customer service. Came here 10yrs ago. It was terrible then. I thought it had cbanged. I placed my order before 8 individuals. They all received their orders before me. I waited 21minutes for my food because they gave my order to someone else. Once i received my order, it was wrong. Thats crazy and amazing. The cashier has a bad attitude and not friendly at all. The manager brushed my complaint off. I definitely recommend not to patronize this location.

    10/21/2025- I stopped here, after Community Choir rehearsal to grab three soft shell tacos and a mango Fresca beverage! Yum! Yummy! Good! Great place, super clean inside, food team very nice, personable and professional, and quick! Food order was fast!!! Love it! Had a great fast food experience!
