  Story time: On January 31 at 3:32 AM, after leaving a fun night of dancing, i needed sustenance so i drove to this McDonald’s in my front wheel drive Honda accord with ice around all around bc PG county won’t use my taxes wisely and plow effectively. The “gentleman” who works the first drive-through window - a short, light skinned, African-American black - man decides that because I wanted to edit the triple cheeseburger i ordered, to add Mac sauce, i deserved to be generalized and stereotyped. When i got to the first window, He made me ask him 3x to add mac sauce to my burger, because each time i asked he kept replying, “ huh?” And the last time i asked, with my head out of the window, his reply was a shaking of his head while visibly frustrated. I asked him why he was shaking his head and his reply was, “i just don’t get it.” Still shaking his head and changing the order in the system. Money in hand, reaching towards him to exchange, i ask, “why don’t u get?” I Already knew the answer but i wanted to see just how rude he get. He replies, “I just don’t get y’all. Maybe it’s just in this area .…how y’all can order McDonald’s at 3 o’clock in the morning knowing it’s this cold in this weather and then …… “ no smile. All frustration. so I pull my hand back and I drive off. Perturbed, I went back around, this time to the pickup window to avoid the rude person and to ask the other person working his name so that when i speak to management, he isn’t confused for person being reported, but i was met with the rude staff member who says to the pickup member, “oh, he came back.” Then asks me why i drove off. So i asked him name and and he goes off tryi by to reprimand me. I Told him that that i do not wish to have a convo with him and he continued to engage so i told him that he has a bad attitude a that i dont want to talk to him. Then he tell me that he no longer wished to serve me bc they dont serve ppl with bad attitudes, as if I am the one who insulted him about giving this location business on an already icy night (15 degrees). His professionalism is way below standard and I do not wish to spend my money in a place where I’m going to be insulted because he is simply annoyed with order changes. not OK, not when there is a location equidistant to this one on central ave.

  When a business starts to cut corners like adding water and sugar to leftover tea to stretch it, a person has to wonder where else are they cutting corners. This is concerning. Service is always great when I go here but this is below standard. People work hard for the money they choose to spend with you. Give people what they pay for, this is outright unacceptable.
