  On 02/14/2026 @ 9:25 pm I placed an Order my food didn’t arrive until 11:50 pm .. my food was cold , upon delivery I called the store on multiple occasions to be hung up on everytime because whomever thought I was “Arguing” I wasn’t just wanted to know the status of my food after waiting such a long time , very unprofessional. When food finally got deliver the driver refused to give me the manager name saying “idk who it is” completely unacceptable,

  None of the employees use gloves touching everything nd then touches the food nobody washes their hands just ol NASTY DIRTY MTFS

  So we ordered 3 pizzas from the Capitol Heights location. And had somewhat of an issue. Called the store to find out about our order. And when I say this young man (Marcus) was so professional. MARCUS he never lost his composure nor did he ever become unprofessional or lose his demeanor. Marcus not only treated me as a valued customer, he also resolved the issue and came up with a resolution to the problem. JOB WELL DONE Sir. Thank you for providing the highest level of professionalism to me. Thank you and God bless you and yours. So you can receive professional behavior in Capitol Heights, MD and not to mention their pizzas are always good and on point. Thank you Sir (MARCUS).
