  Went here for my baby sister’s birthday ate food and went to play. The server we had was rude. Had an attitude the whole time, didn’t check on us or offer drink refills. Went to play games and wanted dessert after but, server tracked me down demanding payment and saying we weren’t allowed the leave the table. Rushed us into paying hover and staring ‘I’m waiting for you pay now’ What was supposed to be a great time turned into the most boring experience ever. I was forced to stay at the table and missed quality time with my sister on her birthday. Didn’t even bother with dessert after that. Asked for the manager and one never came by.

  I normally don't send bad reviews but I must! The service is getting worse. My food was greasy, my server got lost. And it took over one hour to pay my bill. This ridiculous! They take advantage of the Karaoke folks on Thursday and half serve us or have 2 people to service over 30 people. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened tea twice!

  As a server on the weekends that has Bartended for YEARS in DC this was one of the most pleasurable experiences ever! Jay and Alton were AMAZING ! My nephew is in town and I needed to show him his Uncle isn’t boring lol .. brought him in he loved the food and games and I didn’t know about the happy hours ;) , that will bring me back haha I lived in Bowie my whole life only been here once but will be again .. thanks again Jay and Alton !

  We were there for work gathering. Food was great. Fountain drinks were extremely watered down, i think the syrup must have run out. So server brought out lemonade, which tasted like they set a lemon next to the cup. Server took forever to get a simple beer. Games were fun however many were broken and probably because we watched parents alowing there children to climb into the games: beat on the sceens, thrown balls all over the place and just lay on the game tables. Employees did nothing. When we left we had to walk through clouds the pot and chase three woman away from our car so we could leave. Oh and by the way when we paid our waitress fir the beer, my husband gave her cash and she disappeared. We stood 20 minutes waiting for change. Finally I got tired of waiting and went into back cooking area(only way to find help). The one waitress i did find said, our waitress, thought it was a tip. For the experience we had no one was getting a 100% tip. So another 15 minutes she brought our change. Not impressed at all with the staff and this is not a family place. This facility is purely a party place for dope smoking and rude crowd.

  Taylor, Taylor, TAYLOR! When I tell you that she is the most informed, efficacious, energetic, and just overall amazing individual I have met in this industry. She truly exemplifies customer service, and with a smile on her face. Regardless of the fact that it was a very larger group she was accommodating, she made us feel like we’re were the only table she had. Honestly, she deserves much more than the position she currently has. Watch out D&B, another industry is going to scoop her up! The facility itself was very poor. You can see that there is no upper level management oversight. There were two toilets in the women’s restroom that were constantly flushing (imagine the water waste). Trust me when I say, there is NO possible way that this location is clean by any means. Bring hand sanitizer (even to use at your own table). Overall, I would not visit again, but Taylor and Dominique at the bar were both amazing.
